Dr. Hassell specializes in the following 3 areas:

Relationship Coaching

As a Coach in this specific area, I will give each client the necessary assistance in identifying what 'relationship' is and point them to strategies that can help them develop as well as establish patterns of relating to others. Failed relationships happen for many reasons and on many levels. Therefore, the failure of a relationship is often a source of great anguish. I seek to guide the client to a place of re-evaluation, self-healing, affirmation and validation. It is my end goal not only teach the client how to be 'in relationship', but to be both relational and relatable. I will give unwavering support as each client work consciously to unfold pretense, fear of people, anxiety, self-esteem, doubt and help master the skills necessary to make them flourish as they create opportunities to engage in the diverse field of relationships.

Spiritual Coaching

"Spirit" comes from the Latin word spiritus, meaning breath." It may be that our spirit is the life force that generates vitality in our bodies: esprit de corps - the spirit of the body, the breath of life. As a Coach in this specific area, I will give the client the instruments and necessary aids they need to cultivate a daily practice of personal spiritual growth in yourself and others. The goal if each session is to set the client on the road to a path of spiritual insight where both energy and focus are directed intentionally at obtaining spiritual release, freedom and breakthrough. Each session will allow the client to eliminate levels of over-anxiety and apprehension by clearing away blockages that tend to keep them dispirited - small and weak- not at all reaching their full potential. The end result is to liberate each client from being spiritually imprisoned by life, our own choices, mistakes and even our experiences. This method coaching offering offers the key to accessing the door in order to enter a place of continual spiritual fulfillment.

Holistic Coaching

As a Coach in tis specific area, I seek to empower all women, men, and young people to transform their relationship their lives in each state to one that is effective and soulful. It is my goal to holistically bring them into a place of extreme self-awareness where they understand themselves and others multidimensional beings. I provide the essential guidance to allow clients to unfold without judgement by honoring the influence that heart, mind and soul have on a person's complete development.
